"Jeff was the consummate professional. I tasked him with selling a home, only a small group of investors would have interest in. The challenges were many. Not only did he find the buyer, but had the tenacity to continue and also lock in a backup contract for the same price. Also, we were getting surprise tax assessments and violation notices, but Jeff kept it smart and professional and stitched a deal together everyone was happy with and got the closing completed 10 days earlier than expected. Needless to say, Jeff Baccari sold this house when many others simply would have tried to let the house sell itself. Thanks Jeff!"

"Jeff represented me as buyer agent five years ago and found me the perfect house for me at that time. He advised me on pricing the property and once listed was always responsive even to my dumb questions or ideas.
